1. General Guidelines
- Always communicate through the official platform channels.
- Never share personal contact details (like WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) outside our system.
- Use only verified payment methods offered on the site.
- Keep all transaction details and communications as proof in case of disputes.
⚠️ Important: We do not ask for passwords, OTPs, or direct payments outside the platform. If someone requests this, report them immediately.
2. For Buyers
- Review seller ratings, feedback, and account details before purchasing.
- Request necessary ownership verification screenshots (e.g., login screen, channel analytics).
- Avoid rushing into deals that seem “too good to be true.”
- After receiving an account, change all linked details (email, phone, recovery info) immediately.
- Use the dispute system if there is any issue instead of contacting the seller directly.
3. For Sellers
- Provide accurate and transparent details in your listings.
- Do not attempt to resell the same account to multiple buyers.
- Once sold, never try to recover or reclaim the account.
- Deliver credentials only through the secure transfer section of our platform.
- Respond quickly to buyer inquiries and disputes.
4. Recognizing Scams
- Beware of users who insist on completing deals outside the platform.
- Avoid clicking suspicious links or downloading unknown files.
- Do not share screenshots containing sensitive login data.
- Always double-check payment confirmations within your account dashboard.
